Services

Corona Pool Service provides residential and commercial pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, chemical treatment, equipment service, and related services throughout the Coachella Valley, California. Service availability is subject to our current service area, which includes Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and Coachella.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. All service agreements, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed directly with the customer before service begins.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, phone, or in-person are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual pool conditions, size, equipment needs, or additional services required.

Free quotes are non-binding. A confirmed service agreement between Corona Pool Service and the customer constitutes the binding contract for pricing. We are committed to transparent, honest pricing with no hidden fees.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Service visits are scheduled based on route availability. We ask customers to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Repeated cancellations without notice may result in service termination
Access to the pool area must be available on the scheduled service day
If access is unavailable and we cannot complete the service, a trip fee may apply

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective pool service, customers agree to:

Provide safe, unobstructed access to the pool and equipment area
Disclose any known equipment issues, leaks, or hazards prior to service
Keep pets secured during service visits
Notify us of any changes to the pool system or recent repairs by other contractors
Ensure pool chemicals are not added between scheduled visits without notifying us

Limitation of Liability

Corona Pool Service will perform all services with reasonable care and professional skill. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing equipment failures or damage discovered during service
Pool or equipment damage caused by factors outside our control (weather, power surges, age, etc.)
Water chemistry issues caused by unauthorized chemical additions between visits
Damage resulting from customer failure to disclose known pool issues

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of service confirmation. We accept various payment methods which will be communicated at the time of scheduling. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos — is the property of Corona Pool Service or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
